FAQ
Where are you based and do you offer home service?
We are a home-based studio located in Las Piñas City. We only do photo sessions in our studio.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3-4 weeks. The client will then select their preferred photo for printing. Photo printing and framing may take up to 2 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery and order prints.
How do we settle the payment?
A partial amount of 50% of the selected package’s rate will be paid after the photoshoot. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery of the printout. We prefer cashless payment (BPI, GCash). For the Basic package, a partial amount of 50% will be paid after the photoshoot. The remaining balance will be paid upon the release of the retouched photos.
Can we get raw copies?
Raw files are not included. The photos only get their recognition value through post-processing.
