A Few Things to Know Before Booking:
Digital Package:
- Unedited raw copies are not included. The photos only get their recognition value through post-processing.
- For selection purposes, you will have access to the watermarked, non-downloadable photos from the session through an online View-Only Gallery.
- After selecting your preferred photos, editing of photos takes up to 10-15 business days. This time frame may be extended if additional photos are requested. For special occasions like birthdays or gotcha days or Christmas, we send at least 2 edited photos in advance so you’ll have something to post on their special day.
Prints:
- After the photos are edited, we will send you a print mockup of the photo of your choice. This is to give you a visual preview of how your pet’s photos will look when displayed on the wall. It helps you choose the best images and layouts before printing.
- Printing of photos takes takes up to 10-15 business days.
Preparing for your pet's photo session:
- To ensure your pets look their best, we recommend grooming them before the scheduled photoshoot.
- To ensure that the pet cooperates during the photoshoot, pawrents should attend to their pet at all times as they tend to follow the owner's commands the most.
- Treats and toys are an effective way to grab your pet's attention during the session.
- It's important that your pet wears a diaper inside the studio, as they might accidentally urinate. Nevertheless, you can remove the diaper while taking the photo.
- It's necessary for the owner to bring an updated vaccination card for their pet.
- As we have resident dogs, the owner ensures that their pet is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable conditions within the past 30 days.
