Where are you based and do you offer home service?
We are a home-based studio located in Vergonville Subd. Las Piñas City. Home service is now available, kindly see our home service page for rate and guidelines.
How do I select the photos that I want to be edited?
Following the photo session, an email will be sent to you containing a VIEW-ONLY gallery link for reviewing all the photos taken. Please note that this gallery is solely for viewing purposes, and the photos cannot be downloaded at this time. The gallery serves the purpose of enabling you to identify the photos you want to be edited. You can create a selection list folder from the gallery, which will automatically notify us of your selection, and we will proceed with post-processing accordingly.
How long is the post-processing of the photos?
Photo editing typically takes between 2-3 weeks, depending on the quantity of photos selected. Once finished, you will be sent a new gallery link containing all the edited photos via email.
How do we settle the payment?
After the photo session, a 50% downpayment should be paid, and the remaining balance can be settled upon receiving the edited photos. You may choose to send the payment through Bank Transfer or E-Wallet. However, please take note that a booking fee of Php1,000 is required to secure your desired session date and will be deducted from the total fee.
Can we get raw copies?
Raw files are not included. The photos only get their recognition value through post-processing.
Can we get all the soft copies of photos taken?
In accordance with our brand policy, we do not provide raw copies of photos, but only the edited versions.
